The Nat & Marie Show is back for Season 3. We are so pumped to show you what we have been working on the last 5 months. We have huge new guests, a new format and of course all that crazy internet culture you can handle! This past wednesday was our invite only soft launch so we could insure that this coming Wednesday January 30th is going to be perfectly polished! Here’s what you missed if you didn’t catch us live.
The 411-Groupon cancels the gun coupon….The Gunoupon?
Texan man calls for a boycott of Groupon after his handgun concealment course is prematurely cancelled. The decision came directly from Groupon CEO Adam Mason who has placed all gun related coupons on hiatus for the time being as Groupon will be reviewing it’s whole fire arms category. Good job Groupon for taking a stand against this major gun control issue. How many people must be killed before you review your second amendment America?

The trending topic is a thread that we discuss throughout the show. This week the ladies touched on the Groupon gun control stance, the late Adam Swartz of Reddit, and of course the legal battle centring around our fave meme TechnoViking and his struggle with ”infringement of his personality rights”….the case is now in court and Matthias Fritsch the artist who originally uploaded the video is worried that the judge may not know much about “contemporary web culture” and rule against him. Definitely a precedent setting case.
You can now search Facebook like a database. Want to know which of your friends likes racism? Just search it. Or what about which married people like Ashley Madison…so much information now conveniently at your finger tips.
So this girl takes a really long time to pull out her tampon and then suck on it. Personally (this is @TaCaGo) this is not the grossest thing I’ve ever heard of someone doing, and I don’t think it compares in any way to two girls one cup, it’s only blood…but really? You really want to be know as tampon girl for the rest of your life? FYI- Not really safe for work. Watch below one of the better “reaction videos” lol.

This past wednesday we welcomed Toronto’s Queen B of street art into the studio to talk about upcoming project’s, Rob Ford’s war on graffiti, and she even did some rapping for us.
This girls got mad skills and made the above sick canvas of The Queen B’s of the internet (Nat & Marie).
