The Wikileaks founder might be on house arrest but it doesn’t look like that’s stopping him from planning out a talkshow, scheduled to release in March on a Russian television stations AND… here’s the big one for North Americans - GUEST STAR ON THE SIMPSONS!? Whhhhaaaaaa? Yeah, it looks like Julian Assange is really the man of the hour when it comes to being online!
He recorded his lines remotely from an undisclosed location over the summer - receiving coaching over the phone. Apparently, he had mentioned he wanted to be in an episode and the folks at The Simpsons obliged. The show will be up sometime in February.
Assange is scheduled to appear before the British Supreme Court on Wednesday to appeal his extradition to Sweden, where he faces sex crime allegations.
