In case you were wondering who that little girl was (you know, the single person who seemingly was dying of boredom in the one moment when the rest of the world was glued to their TV sets watching the first official Royal Kiss).

Her name’s Grace Van Custem (daughter of Rose Astor and Hugh Van Custem) and is Prince William’s three-year-old goddaughter. She doesn’t like loud-noises. And thinks kissing is boring. Wait until she ages 10 years.

Is it just me, or does this kid have just have grumpy face. It’s pretty darn adorable:)

I didn’t watch it. I haven’t heard from Nat so I’m not entirely sure if she watched it either. Totally jealous, wish I was a royal. 

Don’t worry, Kid, I feel you.

HotDocs - The Canadian Documentary film festival starts tomorrow! On last nights show we interviewed, Joyce Wong, director of the documentary “Power of Love” that premieres on Saturday night alongside “Mama Africa”. We also gave away 2 tickets for the premier to @JKozuch who answered our skill testing question correctly on last nights show.

The words are swimming around in my head like an alphabet in soup. Attempting to just grab one word isn’t going so great, if it was then it would’ve taken me less than 15 minutes to scrounge up the first 41. 

Can it really be true that when you do something well 95% of people will resent you for it? I’m only making assumptions here, because the other side of the coin is that it’s not so much what I do but who I am that offends. I only ruled out the latter because I’m surrounded by a killer group of people who put a lot of time and effort into helping Nat&Marie be the best show it can possibly be.

Which brings me to one major point: Fame will not bring you love, success, respect or satisfaction.

So why do I care for it? I never want to stand at the end of queue ever again. I want to take my Mum to Fashion Week and have a seat. I want to introduce Reado to Dirt Nasty. Most of all, I want folks to count on tuning into Nat&Marie every week and being able to reach out to their favorite cewebrities because no ceweb would ever dream of turning us down, we’ll be far too famous.

Yeah, I’d martyr myself for the mighty handful; the 5%. A little belief goes a long way.

The remaining 95% can go eat a dick. Because when you start discovering who is in there then you’ll know that they’ve done nothing to earn your respect. So why waste your time?

Weird Al Yankovic is a master hype man - There was a bit of beef last week when Weird Al wrote a long blog post saying that he wouldn’t be selling or creating a video for his Gaga Parody “Perform This Way”, as Gaga herself had vetoed the song after he had created it….but apparently Gaga didn’t even know it had been ixnayed? My first thought was that Weird Al made the story up to build some hype for his upcoming Album “Apocalypse”? Apparently it was all a miscommunication though as Gaga had never heard the song and her manager had made any decisions on it for her….hmmmm. Anyways, it’s been given the go ahead, so we’ll be seeing a video soon enough!
